How do I know if coaching will serve me?

If you desire to change your relationship with whatever obstacle is holding you back from your goals. Whether that’s drinking, smoking, unhealthy habits, procrastinating, imposter syndrome, unfulfilled with your sobriety, feeling lost or stuck in life, etc. Take 5-10 minutes of reflection, if you feel deep down your gut might be saying you need coaching then there is your answer.

To help with your decision, I offer free 30 minute clarity call’s for anyone interested so we can connect & see if coaching with me is what you need.

Do I have to be sober to be coached by you?

No, you don’t. I love to help people on their journey of self discovery. It’s not always alcohol that’s in the way of ourselves. It can be Netflix, vaping, procrastinating, imposter syndrome, etc. holding us back from living in alignment with our highest self. Whether you want to reach a goal by a specific time, learn how to implement routines, change your mindset and/or replace unhealthy habits with positive ones then I believe I can help you.

What is coaching?

First & most importantly, I’m not here to fix you because you are not broken. You are the expert & master of your own life. Sometimes the answers we seek are hidden deep within us. That’s where I come in as not a healer, but rather a guide to serve you on your journey of self discovery & tapping into your full potential.

As your coach:

  • You’ll be guided on how to discover your own solutions that you’ll be able to use for future obstacles.

  • I’ll teach you techniques & strategies while monitoring your progress to get you closer to your goals.

  • I’ll hold you accountable & give my expertise when needed.

  • You will be provided a safe space for communication & unconditional acceptance & empathy.

  • I honor your uniqueness & we’ll move at your pace while still challenging you get out of our comfort zone to move you closer to your desired outcome.

What is the difference between coaching & therapy?

Therapy:

  • Focuses on mental health - learning how to cope, process, heal & learn from their past.

  • Healing of past hurts & traumas & help in navigating those emotions.

  • Needing interpersonal relationship & relationship advice.

Coaching:

  • Focuses on future - accelerating, setting & accomplishing goals.

  • Feeling stuck in life, desires to be challenged, held accountable & guidance in getting out of your comfort zone for major life choices.

  • Building healthy, sustainable habits.

  • Needing more motivation & discipline for major life choices in your personal or professional life.
